When i was a kid, my mom used to give it to me… as i never liked only Dates or only milk… Its very tasty as well as good for health also… Ingredients: 3 big dates 1 Almond 1 cup chilled milk 1 tsp Sugar Method: 1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until dates are completely blended with the other ingredients. 2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
