Hair

1. Always give a oil massage to your hair before you apply shampoo. Use warm coconut oil for massage. Do it at least 2 hrs before you wash your hair. This will solve your 50% of problems related to hair. 2. Curd is a natural conditioner for hair. Apply curd on your hair. Keep it for 20 min and wash hair with warm water. Then apply oil for 1 hour. Now wash hair with shampoo. This gives shine and softness to hair.

Aamras

Aamras is Pavan’s most favorite sweet dish and that too if its from Sukanta ( Hotel in Pune ), then u just watch n count the no. of bowls he will finish 😉 He loves Aamras chapati like anything. Rice

1.   Add 1/2 tsp of ghee to boiling water when cooking rice. It doesn’t allow rice grain to stick to each other and gives nice taste as well. This rice is perfect for Fried rice or Pulav. 2.  Add few drops of lemon juice while cooking rice. It makes it whiter.

Skin

Soak Masoor Dal ( Red Lentils )  overnight in milk. Next day grind it to smooth paste. Apply this paste on face and leave it for 20 min. Wash the face with cold water. You can feel the soft and fresh skin. It plays like a magic for dry skin.

Replace White with Brown

Substitute white bread with whole wheat bread or roties. White bread is made from processed flour which is a nutritional lightweight. Whole wheat is much higher in fiber. According to research from the University of Washington reported in the April 2, 2003 issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association, Simply switching from white to whole wheat bread can lower heart disease risk by 20 percent.
