I learnt this Sambar from my roomie Udaya. She is a awesome cook ( u see thats y I have stopped my cooking ) and Sambar is one of her special dish. Anda Curry

This was the first time I prepared Anda Curry and that too for around 15 people. It was the short notice that friends are coming over and need to cook something fast. Okra / Lady’s Fingers

1.  When you buy Okra, go for the tender pods. Check the tips of pods as well. If it ( tip) is easily breakable, considered fresh. 2.  Never keep the lid on pan while cooking Okra. 3.  Add 3-4 drops of Lemon juice while cooking. It avoids stickiness.
